Cancellation/cycle change/shipping/return policy for regularly purchased products
1. Regarding cancellation of regular purchase
The first delivery of a regular purchase cannot be canceled or changed after the application has been submitted.
Regarding changes, you will be able to change the delivery cycle from the next batch. Please note.
2. Regarding changes in delivery cycle and delivery date for regular purchases
Changes can be made at any time up to 7 days before the next payment date.
Please go to My Page (Account Page) > Regular Purchase List and click on the "Change delivery cycle" and "Change delivery date" buttons to make changes.
3. Regarding cancellation of regular purchase
You can cancel your subscription at any time up to 7 days before the next payment date.
Please go to My Page (Account Page) > Regular Purchase List and click the "Cancel" button there to cancel your subscription.

5.About returns and exchanges of regularly purchased products
◆In the case of defective products If there is a problem with the product, please contact the Claro inquiry desk below within 7 days after receiving the product.
We will respond by exchanging with the same product or refunding the product price.
