■About returns, exchanges, and refunds (in case of defective products)
If there is any problem with the product, please contact the Claro inquiry desk below within 7 days after receiving the product.
We will respond by exchanging with the same product or refunding the product price.

■Disclaimer : Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds are generally limited to unopened products.
- In the case of an exchange, we will deliver the non-defective product and pick up the defective product by a delivery company designated by our company at the earliest delivery date and time.
Please note that we cannot accept any other exchange methods.
・In the case of an exchange, it may take some time to re-arrange the product.
- If we are unable to arrange a replacement product due to out of stock or discontinuation of production, we will issue a refund.
・We cannot accept returns due to "customer circumstances".
